Terms of use

Last updated 23 October 2026

These terms cover your use of Astrid and this website. By creating an account or using Astrid you agree to them. If you use Astrid for a business, you confirm you may agree on its behalf.

Who we are

Astrid is run by Primo Techworks, of India, which develops and owns it. Primo Techworks provides the service to you and is the party you make these terms with. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Primo Techworks.

Payments for paid plans are taken on our behalf by HJachi Solutions Inc., of British Columbia, Canada, through Stripe.

What Astrid is

Astrid reads the material you give it and writes social posts, newsletters, visuals, reels, voiceovers and other marketing for your business. You review and approve everything. Astrid posts only when you ask: you download or copy what you approve and publish it yourself, or press Post or schedule a post to go out through an account you connected. You are responsible for what is posted on your accounts, and for following each platform’s rules.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you think someone else has used them. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what people you invite do. Only connect social profiles and code hosts that you, or the business you act for, own or may use.

Emails from us

Using Astrid means receiving the emails your account needs: sign-in links when you ask for them, and notices about your account or these terms. Posting reminders for approved posts are on by default and can be turned off in your workspace. We do not send marketing email. The privacy policy lists every email we send.

Your content, and what Astrid makes

Astrid itself

The Astrid software, its name, logo, design and templates, and the AI model behind it belong to Primo Techworks. While your account is open you may use Astrid under these terms. That gives you no ownership of Astrid, and you may not copy, resell or take apart the service. What Astrid makes for you is still yours, as above.

You stay responsible for what you publish

Astrid checks each sentence against your own material and highlights what it could not confirm, but it can still make mistakes. Read every piece before you approve it. Some businesses, such as health, finance, legal and real estate, have advertising rules, so check that anything you publish meets the rules that apply to you. AI-generated photos are drawn by Astrid and are not real people or places; say so where a platform or the law asks you to. If you connect a YouTube channel, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.

What you agree not to do

Plans and payment

Astrid has a free plan for text and paid plans for more, as shown on our pricing section. Prices are in US dollars and may change; we will tell you before a change reaches you. When paid plans are available, they are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and you can cancel at any time. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Taxes may be added where they apply. Payments are taken on our behalf by HJachi Solutions Inc., of Canada, through Stripe and show on your statement as Astrid.

Ending things

You can stop using Astrid and delete your workspace or account at any time, and download everything first. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why where we can.

No guarantees, and limits on our liability

We work to keep Astrid reliable and accurate, but we provide it “as is”. We do not promise it will never be interrupted or free of errors, or that any piece will suit your purpose or bring you customers. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it. These limits also cover HJachi Solutions Inc. as the company that takes payments for us, and it has no greater liability to you than we do. Nothing here limits rights you cannot give up by law.

Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before it applies. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts of [city], India. Questions are welcome at legal@goastrid.com, or by post to Primo Techworks, [address], India.
